Peter has nearly 30 years of experience in construction, project management and property development. He has been involved in the delivery of multiple projects as both contractor and client across New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Asia Pacific region, providing corporate real estate and project management services to some of the world’s leading companies.

His career includes seven years in a senior consultancy role with global property consultancy JLL in its Singapore and Auckland offices. He also worked as in-house client representative for Fortune 50 company Procter & Gamble in Singapore, leading a team of project professionals across Asia Pacific. Peter joined Hugh Rebbeck and Alec Dunn to form Rebbeck Dunn Watters in 2012.

Peter has led many notable and successful projects locally, including the master planning and design of a five-star International Resort, and tier 3+ Highbrook Data Centre in Auckland. He has also led various aged care refurbishment and regeneration projects for the country’s largest aged care provider, Metlifecare; numerous new build developments with global industrial property investor Goodman; as well as extensive master planning, property development and project management inputs at Smales Farm in Auckland.
