Liam has worked in the commercial property sector for around ten years. He studied finance, economics and property at Auckland University before taking on an acquisitions role at The Property Group, where he was responsible for managing the acquisition of commercial property for government infrastructure projects.
He then joined Colliers International as a Building Surveyor, where he obtained his RICS Chartership and focused on core commercial building surveying work such as building condition reporting, defect remediation, maintenance planning, dilapidations and acquisition due diligence. In 2021, Liam joined Rebbeck Dunn Watters (RDW) and now leads the Building Surveying Team.
Liam has built a strong reputation for his technical knowledge, attention to detail and client service, meaning he is often sort out for complex dilapidation assessments, acquisition due diligence for large commercial transactions and condition reporting for commercial portfolios.
