  • Design co-ordination and construction period design changes presented significant challenges, with deficiencies in some areas of the building’s design becoming apparent at various stages of the project.
  • Christmas period trading needed the retail area of the project completed and operational several months in advance of the hotel's completion.
  • The design and construction of the building’s fire protection system presented a significant roadblock to the early opening of the retail stores.
  • The 2021 extended Covid lockdown caused delays across all facets of the project.
  • Our team processed a significant number of contract instructions and requests for information, resulting in more than 700 separate contract instructions being issued.
  • The project was completed on time and within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • The retail tenants were delighted to be open in time for crucial Christmas trading.
  • Completion of the Sudima Hotel resulted in a stunning building anchoring the entrance to Five Mile.
