Based upon market knowledge and past experience, we selected Rebbeck Dunn Watters (ROW} to lead the project from the outset. ROW successfully galvanised the design and delivery teams. ‘Rebbeck Dunn Watters (RDW) was appointed by Mercury to assist in securing new office premises to consolidate four offices into one. The scope of that contract included providing industry guidance on commercial and contractual negotiations, initial budget scoping and general project management. It resulted in the confirmation of our new site and Development Agreement with Mansons TCLM Ltd.

RDW’s guidance in the appointment of the wider Mercury consulting team was critical and contributed to the success of the project. The scope was defined in the project, but on many occasions, RDW went above and beyond that scope to progress the project. Their broad expertise allowed the early identification and subsequent resolution of issues as they arose.

Our business does not have particular expertise in commercial property, and RDW very capably filled that gap and provided sound professional advice to Mercury throughout. The project was completed on time, within 5% of the budget and at a level of quality that has been achieving high praise, including a nomination for the Interior Awards.

I would have no hesitation in engaging RDW for any subsequent projects or recommending them to others.’

Duncan Annandale

Property Manager

A huge achievement in a very limited time window.’

‘Further to discussions with the Principal’s appointed Project Manager (RDW) with respect to major upgrade works completed at 88 Shortland Street (The Lumley Centre), we are happy to provide a letter of commendation to support the project for the RICS Awards.

The project had provided inconveniences to the Body Corporate during the works given the loss of vertical transport; however, the result has been of a huge benefit and worth the disruption. The assistance provided by the appointed consultants in getting the project moving to engagement and communications through the project helped the Body Corporate Management engage with all members and communicate downstream some very complicated subjects. The project has been handed over with a positive outcome and very satisfied Body Corporate members.’
